Crystals for Each Day of the Week: A Planetary Guide

Introduction

Over time, I’ve naturally developed a simple weekly rhythm using crystals.
Instead of using everything at once, I like to follow the energy of each day and work with just one or two crystals at a time.

It keeps things simple, focused, and more intentional.

This is the weekly crystal routine I come back to again and again.

If you’re just starting out, I often refer to The Crystal Bible as a general guide to different stones and their properties.

Monday — Moon (Calm & Intuition)

My Favourite Crystal Reference

If you’re just beginning your crystal journey, I highly recommend The Crystal Bible by Judy Hall. It’s one of the books I return to again and again when learning about crystal symbolism, traditional properties, and different ways to work with stones.

A Simple Weekly Crystal Set

If you don’t already own individual crystals, a beginner-friendly crystal set is an easy way to start. Many sets include popular stones like Rose Quartz, Citrine, Carnelian, Clear Quartz, and Black Tourmaline, making it simple to follow a weekly crystal routine.

Cleansing & Charging

In many guides, including The Crystal Bible, crystals are thought to absorb and hold energy over time, so regular cleansing is recommended.

I keep this very simple:

Cleansing

  • Place crystals on selenite overnight.
  • Or simply hold them and set an intention.

For example, I like using a selenite charging bowl to keep my favourite crystals together while cleansing them overnight.

Charging

  • Gentle sunlight
  • Moonlight
  • Or simply holding the crystal with intention

Consistency matters more than doing everything perfectly.

Create a Weekly Ritual Space

I enjoy keeping my weekly crystal practice simple. A few thoughtfully chosen tools can make the ritual feel even more calming and intentional.

Wooden Crystal Storage Box

Lunar and Seasonal Journal

Beeswax Candle

Essential Oil Starter Set

Final Thoughts

This isn’t about doing everything perfectly.

It’s about creating a simple rhythm that feels natural and easy to follow.

Even working with one crystal a day can make a difference.
